BAND HISTORY

Room 21 was formed in April 2002, initially just for the 11 weeks from spring to summer. Directed by Andy Jakob, we rehearsed weekly in South Axholme Community School and then played our first gig in The Old School Inn, Epworth on Friday 7 July 2002.

Supported by Arts funding from South Axholme Community School until 2005, the band met with such enthusiasm from players and audience alike, that we threatened to stay on the scene!
